Boarding: Boarding & Kennel Fees

All charges per day inclusive of VAT at 20%
DEPOSIT:
For all new customers a deposit of £30 will be required to secure a booking. This is non refundable but will be taken off the final bill.
CATS:
- All cats are fed on Iams dry food and Whiskas or Felix wet food
- Special diets can be catered for if the food is provided by the owner

- Hay and straw is provided for rabbits
- All food for small animals needs to be provided by the owner

PLEASE NOTE:
- For stays over 1 month - discount may be available on request
- BANK HOLIDAYS - will be charged at double the daily rate (irrespective of the time of collection)
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
- Collection and delivery is available - prices will be given on request
OPENING HOURS:
- 7 days a week - 8.30am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm. DROP OFFS MUST BE BEFORE 4PM
- The gates will be locked outside of these hours - out of hours arrangements can be made at an additional fee.
- Charges begin from the day of drop off. You will not be charged for a day's boarding on collection if it is before 10.30am. (not applicable for bank holiday charges)
VIEWING:
- Owners can view the kennels prior to booking between 12pm-1pm (this is not available in peak periods)
